A native of southeast Houston, Tanisha has built a career that seamlessly integrates public service, advocacy, and professional development. She currently serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Engaged Voters, a nonprofit organization committed to increasing civic participation among underrepresented communities.
Her professional journey includes her current role as a Community Affairs Advisor and previous internships with distinguished organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank and NASA. Tanisha's dedication to equity and justice has been recognized through numerous accolades, including Student Activist of the Year and features in Voyage Houston and City Savvy.
Tanisha is a sought-after speaker on topics such as personal development, professional branding, and civic engagement. She is also the author of A 5-Step Guide to Starting a Business as a Black Millennial, a practical resource for aspiring entrepreneurs.
